No single location fits every task. A better approach is to identify the connection requirements, choose the exit region, and then compare route types. The recommendations below focus on real usage rather than treating one speed test as a long-term conclusion.
BROWSE
Everyday browsing
Webpages, searches, email, and routine research usually prioritize quick loading and easy switching. Start with a nearby Asia-Pacific route, using transit or a direct connection. If the target website requires a specific region, switch to the corresponding country. Avoid frequent cross-continental switching during everyday browsing, as exit-region changes may trigger another login check and lengthen resource paths.
STREAM
Streaming
Choose a streaming route based first on the content region, then on whether the connection can sustain a stable transfer. Use Japan for Japanese content, the United States for US content, and the United Kingdom for UK content. For extended playback, an IEPL dedicated route or stable transit route is usually better as the primary entry.
